12. Refunds and Returns

Custom development and professional services may be governed by separate project terms and may not be refundable in the same manner as standard digital products.

You remain responsible for ensuring that customer-provided materials do not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.

15. Cybersecurity Services

Cybersecurity services are provided only for systems and assets for which the customer has appropriate ownership or authorisation.

You must not request or instruct Stackfo Solutions to conduct unauthorised testing, access, exploitation, surveillance, intrusion, or other unlawful activity.

The customer is responsible for confirming that appropriate authorisation exists before any security assessment or testing begins.

16. Disclaimer

Our digital products and services are provided according to their descriptions, specifications, documentation, and applicable agreements.

We do not guarantee that:

• Software will operate in every possible environment;
• Software will be compatible with every third-party extension;
• Software will remain compatible with future versions of third-party software;
• A website or application will remain completely uninterrupted or error-free;
• Cybersecurity services will prevent every possible security incident;
• Third-party services will remain continuously available.

Where a product is dependent on a particular platform, framework, server configuration, PHP version, Magento version, WordPress version, API, extension, or third-party service, compatibility may be subject to those external conditions.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stackfo Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of our website, software, or services.
